This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use this website or contact LNKR. The website uses no marketing trackers, newsletter, embedded maps or videos, or externally loaded fonts. Services that have not yet been configured are disabled in the development preview; the contact form indicates this.

1. Controller and contact

The controller is Lukas Rößler, LNKR IT Services, Dinsendorferweg 7/1, 8753 Fohnsdorf, Austria. For privacy enquiries, email office@lnkr.it or call +43 664 4004606.

2. Website access and hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When the website is served through Cloudflare, data such as your IP address, requested URL, access time, browser and device information, and necessary connection and security information is processed. This enables page delivery, protection of the service and investigation of technical faults or abuse. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., United States, together with its affiliates and service providers.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website. Hosting and security data is processed according to its technical purpose and the applicable contractual retention conditions. This application maintains no visitor database and does not store contact enquiries in a website database.

3. Language and project configurator

Your explicit language choice may be stored as lnkr.language in your browser’s local storage until you or your browser removes it. Your project selection is stored as lnkr.configuration.v1 in session storage so that you can change language or navigate back. Session storage ends according to your browser’s session behaviour; “Start over” lets you clear it earlier.

This contains only the selected package, options, scope and any provisional travel-distance entry, not names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text. Calculations take place in your browser. The selection is transmitted together with your form data only when you send an enquiry.

Storage supports your chosen language and the configurator you expressly use. It is not used for tracking or profiling. You can delete or restrict browser storage; your selection may then no longer be preserved.

4. Contact by email, phone or form

When you contact me, I process the contact information and enquiry content you provide. The form requires your name, email and description. Phone, budget range, preferred start, attachment and further project information are optional. A configured enquiry also includes the package ID, requested services, scope, additional time, delivery method, any travel distance and a non-binding estimate recalculated by the server.

This data is used to respond, understand your requirements and, where relevant, prepare or perform an order. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to pre-contractual steps you request or a contract with you. General enquiries or business communication with contact persons rely on Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in handling the matter appropriately. Mandatory retention relies on Article 6(1)(c). The privacy checkbox documents acknowledgement of this notice; it is not blanket consent for additional processing purposes.

Please send only information and documents needed for your enquiry, without passwords, access keys or unnecessary sensitive information. As an alternative to the form, email office@lnkr.it directly or call.

5. Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the configured form against automated and abusive requests. The security check is loaded only when you activate it. Cloudflare may receive and analyse your IP address, browser/device characteristics and technical information about interaction with the check. The server verifies the resulting token, including the hostname and form action.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f), the legitimate interest in protection against spam and attacks. The website cannot send a form enquiry without successful verification; email and phone remain available independently. This does not grant permission for marketing cookies. 6. Email delivery and business mailbox

Enquiries from the configured form are sent through the Resend email API, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., United States, to office@lnkr.it. The sending provider processes recipient and reply addresses, message content, selected project data, any attachment, and delivery/error data. The business mailbox uses Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online. Microsoft processes correspondence as part of its business service.

These services support the communication described above. This website does not automatically forward enquiries to newsletters, advertising systems or publicly accessible AI assistants. Resend states that its usual plans retain email and log data for 30 days; the actual service settings and contractual terms apply. Mailbox retention follows the purposes described in section 8.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Recipients may include the hosting, security and email providers used, and their subprocessors. Processing outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States, is possible. A sending server’s region alone does not mean all data is stored exclusively in the EU.

International transfers require the applicable safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, including an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with necessary supplementary measures. Providers publish their data processing terms and subprocessor information. You may request information about the safeguards applicable to your enquiry at office@lnkr.it.

8. Retention and deletion

Enquiry information is processed for as long as needed to handle the matter, fulfil a resulting order or address possible claims. Completed enquiries without a further retention reason are deleted. Contract, accounting and tax records are retained according to applicable statutory periods and used only for the remaining statutory or legitimate purposes. Security and delivery data is additionally governed by the purpose and retention conditions of the providers used.

9. Downloading an enquiry

“Download enquiry” creates a JSON file locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to LNKR or an email provider by this action. The file may contain contact information you have already entered. A selected attachment is not included. You decide where to save the file and whether to share it afterwards.

10. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. For processing based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for the future without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact office@lnkr.it to exercise your rights. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, particularly the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

11. No automated decision and later additions

The configurator provides a non-binding estimate, not an automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects. It does not automatically place an order, take payment or assess creditworthiness.

Online booking and visitor analytics are not currently integrated. Before additional services are activated, this notice and any necessary user choices will be updated.
